These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reely SaaS application (the "Service") operated by Reely.io ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these terms.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
By using our Service, you agree to integrate your HubSpot account with our application via API or OAuth. You understand that by integrating your HubSpot account, our Service may access and collect certain data from your HubSpot account, including but not limited to pipelines, deals, company information, and custom properties.
Our Service provides a theme generation function that allows you to set brand settings and transfer the theme to your HubSpot design manager via the API. You understand that by using this function, changes may be made to your HubSpot design manager, and you agree to accept these changes.
Our Service may utilize the Python Requests library to crawl each page of your website to scan for content grading, structure, etc. You understand and agree to allow our Service to access and analyze the content of your website for these purposes.
You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period when incurred. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
