Reely (“Reely”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Khaotic Digital, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use our websites and services — the Reely catalog, Reely Stumble, and the Reely Newsletter (collectively, the “Service”) — and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Account information. When you create an account, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your email address, authentication credentials, and basic profile details.
  • Newsletter information. If you subscribe, we store your email address and your content/cadence preferences so we can send the briefings you requested.
  • Activity you create. In Reely Stumble, we store the reactions, comments, collections, follows, and progress associated with your account.
  • Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser information, and a truncated/processed IP address, to understand how the Service is used.
  • Inbound messages. If you email an address we operate, we may process the message to route it into the Service; we retain a derived summary and a link, not the full body.

How we use information

  • To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • To authenticate you and maintain your account and preferences.
  • To send newsletters and transactional messages you’ve requested (you can unsubscribe anytime).
  • To measure and analyze usage so we can improve the experience.

You can update or delete your account, unsubscribe from emails via the link in any message, and, depending on your location (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us at the address below.

Data retention & security

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method is perfectly secure.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their information.

International users

We operate from the United States; using the Service may involve transferring your information to the U.S. and other countries.
