These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Reely — the Reely catalog, Reely Stumble, and the Reely Newsletter (the “Service”), operated by Khaotic Digital, LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights;
• scrape, bulk-export, or overload the Service, or bypass access controls or rate limits;
• upload malicious code, spam, or harassing, deceptive, or unlawful content;
• misrepresent your affiliation or impersonate others.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., reactions, comments, and collections). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it to operate and improve the Service. You’re responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights to share it. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Catalog data & trademarks

The Service references third-party software products and companies for informational and discovery purposes. Product and company names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners; their use here is for identification only and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. Catalog entries (including derived summaries and links to original sources) are provided “as is” and may be incomplete or out of date.

Our intellectual property

The Service’s software, design, and original content are owned by Khaotic Digital, LLC and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our branding except as needed to use the Service.

Email communications

If you subscribe to the newsletter, you consent to receive the messages you requested. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Third-party links & services

The Service links to third-party websites and relies on third-party providers. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for third-party content or practices; your use of them is at your own risk.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khaotic Digital, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Khaotic Digital, LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
