Spun out of the UK Behavioural Insights Team in 2016, it applies behavioral science to reduce unconscious hiring bias through structured question scoring, AI-powered screening, job description analysis, and blind CV redaction. Primarily adopted by UK public sector organisations, NGOs, and diversity-conscious mid-market employers.
